Water water every where, not a drop to drink. The same is true about this little city. When even a little shower charms the city dwellers, the pools of rainwater and slush gather on the roads and streets. For hours together, people wade through knee deep water. Where is the municipal lords. Well, they may be busy in some celebrations. And if you crave for drinking water, please take heart. Plans are afoot. That is what I have been hearing the city Mai - Baap since childhood.
